Building 662
(850) 283-4319 (civilian)
(850) 283-2739 (military)
Every individual has the right to work in an environment free of discrimination. It is the U.S. government policy, the Air Force and Tyndall AFB to provide equal opportunity in employment for all persons, to prohibit discrimination in employment because of age, color, disability (mental and/or physical), national origin, race, religion, sex (gender or sexual harassment) and to promote the full realization of equal employment through a continuing affirmative program in each agency.
Tyndall’s leadership continues to ensure that no person shall be subject to retaliation/reprisal for opposing any practice made unlawful by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Equal Pay Act or the Rehabilitation Act.
The 325th Fighter Wing Equal Opportunity office is strongly committed to supporting the Air Force policy of zero tolerance regarding sexual harassment and discrimination at Tyndall.
The Equal Opportunity (civilian process) facilitates the federal complaint process and provides alternate dispute resolution as a means of resolving complaints. Tyndall provides equal employment for all covered civilians, and prohibits discrimination as described under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and as amended.

Unit Climate Assessments are conducted within each organization; project officers are solicited for DoD-sanctioned observances, and commanders are assisted with their equal opportunity programs.

Take the lead in ensuring equal treatment for all people regardless of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, including age (over 40) or disability (physical and/or mental) for civilians.
